Rx Clothing – Returns & Refund Policy
At Rx Clothing, every product you see in our store is printed and prepared individually for you. This means your order is not pulled off a shelf — it’s created after you place it. Because of this made-to-order process, we cannot accept returns, size swaps, or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or personal preference. We strongly encourage you to double-check our sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
That said, we want every member of our Rx family to feel good in what they receive. If there’s ever an issue caused by us — like a manufacturing defect, damage to the fabric, printing errors , or receiving the wrong item entirely — we will work with you to make it right.
1. Reporting an Issue

Customers must notify us of any problem within 48 hours of receiving their order.

All concerns must be sent via email to help.rxclothing@gmail.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue.

To process your claim, you must attach clear, well-lit photographs of:

The defect or damage (close-up & full item shot)

The item with the price tag still intact

The packaging and shipping label

2. Condition of the Item

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

The original price tags must still be attached.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, or tampering cannot be considered for replacement.
3. Resolution
Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

Rx Clothing will provide a full replacement of the defective/incorrect item.

Shipping charges for the replacement will be covered entirely by us.

In case the original product is no longer available (for example, limited drop items), we may offer a suitable alternative of equal value or store credit.
Please note: We do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances. Resolutions are strictly via replacement or store credit (where applicable).
4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout. Rx Clothing will not be liable for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a replacement is approved, Rx Clothing will guide you regarding return shipping (if required). Depending on the case, you may be asked to send the defective product back to us. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise confirmed by our support team.
5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

All custom-printed items (every product in our drops is custom).

Sale or discounted products.

Gift cards or promotional credits.

Items not reported within the 48-hour window after delivery.
6. Final Note
This policy is designed to keep things fair, transparent, and simple for everyone. While we cannot accommodate casual returns (since every product is printed especially for you), we stand behind our quality. If something’s wrong, we’ll fix it — that’s our promise.
Printing & Fabric Disclaimer
Every Rx Clothing piece is custom-printed and created one by one. Because of this process, minor variations are normal and do not qualify as defects. This may include:

Slight differences in color tone or brightness compared to product images (due to fabric texture and screen display settings).

Minimal fade, print alignment shifts, or pressure marks that occur naturally during printing and handling.

Normal changes in fabric appearance over time due to washing, climate, or storage conditions.
These variations are part of the character of custom-made apparel and are not considered defects. A product will only be considered “defective” if there is a clear printing error, tear, hole, or major misprint that affects wearability or design.
